This hypersaline lake is one of the largest in the world and was the second biggest lake in Turkey with a surface area of 1,665 km2. Located in Central Anatolia Region, it is 105 kilometers northeast of Konya, 150 kilometers south-southeast of Ankara, and 57 kilometers northwest of Aksaray. The round trip takes approximately five hours. You will be picked up at your hotel by my driver on the first day. I will be on your side the whole time. It takes approximately one hour and thirty minutes to drive to Salt Lake from Goreme. Sunset is the best time to visit Salt Lake. We will leave three to four hours before sunset. Enjoy and take pictures for 1-2 hours at the Salt Lake. Some times we can also see birds like flamingos. we will provide you bottled water, juice and something to eat for refreshment. The tour doesn't include a full lunch, After the tour when you are comfortable to come back. we will bring you back to your hotel.
